Last updated: May 2026

By signing up for or using BookPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. The Service

BookPilot provides an AI-powered customer communication and booking platform for businesses, including automated message replies, appointment booking, and a live business dashboard. The Service is provided by BookPilot (contact: selale.memmedli11@gmail.com).

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. BookPilot is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain security.

3. Fees and Payments

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days written notice sent to selale.memmedli11@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, your AI and dashboard will remain active for the remainder of the paid billing period. The onboarding fee is not refundable.

5. Your Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

BookPilot retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your business data, conversation data, and any content you provide. You grant BookPilot a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

BookPilot is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookPilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

BookPilot may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that damages BookPilot or third parties. In such cases, refunds are at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to BookPilot's place of business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email with 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
